These Terms and Conditions apply to the More Than Stars Recruiting Starter Kit. Read them before you purchase.
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the More Than Stars Recruiting Starter Kit ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product. The Product is offered by Gardenstar Marketing LLC, d/b/a More Than Stars Recruiting ("More Than Stars Recruiting," "we," "us," or "our").
The Starter Kit is a digital product consisting of downloadable guides, templates, and tools related to the college football recruiting process, delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Access is provided via download links and/or shared document links sent to the email address used at checkout.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal or household use (for example, by you and the athlete you are supporting).

All content in the Product — including text, templates, design, and organization — is the intellectual property of Gardenstar Marketing LLC and is protected by copyright law.
Digital delivery is typically immediate upon successful payment. Access links do not expire on our end, but we are not responsible for a customer's inability to access files due to email issues, spam filtering, expired third-party document links, or similar issues outside our control. If you have trouble accessing your Product, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help sort it out.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
All sales are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and describe the issue — we'll review your request and respond directly. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.
The Starter Kit is an educational and organizational resource. It is designed to help your family understand the recruiting process, organize information, and take informed action — it does not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to a scholarship offer, roster spot, college placement, coach response, or any particular level of recruiting interest.
Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to the athlete's performance, academic standing, program needs, division and roster decisions made by coaches and institutions, and timing. Nothing in the Product should be understood as a promise or guarantee of any recruiting result.
The Product provides general educational information about the football recruiting process. It is not legal, financial, NCAA/NAIA compliance, or professional counseling advice. For questions specific to your athlete's eligibility, compliance obligations, or particular situation, consult your school's athletic compliance staff, the relevant athletic association (NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, etc.), or an appropriate professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardenstar Marketing LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Product. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
Some components of the Product (for example, editable trackers or profile templates) may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Google Drive or Google Docs. Your use of those platforms is subject to the third party's own terms of service, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes to their terms.
We may update the contents of the Starter Kit or these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting a recent purchase will be communicated to purchasers when reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
